    I provide mobile sports massage services, bringing treatment directly to your home, or chosen location. I am based in the Surrey and South West London area.

  • How should I prepare for my massage appointment?

    Wear comfortable clothing, avoid heavy meals right before the session, and if you have any specific injuries or areas of concern then please let me know in advance.

  • Do I need an injury to book an appointment?

    No, not at all. Many clients seek treatment for general muscle tightness, improved mobility, performance enhancement, or injury prevention. Whether you are experiencing discomfort, or simply want to maintain optimal movement and health, I can tailor the session to meet your individual needs.

  • How often should I book a massage?

    It depends. the frequency depends on your activities and goals. Athletes may benefit from sessions every 1 to 2 weeks, while others may find monthly sessions suffcient for maintenance and optimal function.

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

    Upper Body

    For your upper body it is ideal to wear a comfortable, sleeveless top, t-shirt, or sports bra that allows easy access to your shoulders, back and arms.

    Lower Body

    It is ideal to wear loose-fitting shorts or athletic wear that can be easily rolled up or removed to allow for better access to the area being treated. Tight clothing or restrictive fabrics can hinder access to certain areas, making it more difficult to perform the massage effectively and potentially limiting the range of techniques I use.

  • How long is a massage appointment?

    The duration of an appointment can vary depending on your needs. My standard sessions are typically 30 or 45 minutes, which are ideal for targeted treatment or maintenance. I also offer longer sessions, such as 60 minutes or more, if you require a more comprehensive treatment or want to focus on multiple areas. You can choose the duration that best suits your schedule and goals when booking.
